Can I add new line items to the chart of accounts?
Yes! New chart of account lines can be added to the Master Upload File and be incorporated in the forecast. If you need help adding new account lines to your chart of accounts, please contact your Customer Support Manager.
Can I forecast using multiple budgets?
Absolutely. We can upload multiple budget files that can be swapped between. This can be done by adding new budget files to the Master Upload File. If you need help Adding different budgets to the software, please contact your Customer Support Manager.
How many Scenarios can I build?
There is no limit to the number of scenarios you can build. If you need help creating new scenarios contact your Customer Support Manager.
How many Steps or assumptions can be used?
As many as you’d like! The software is flexible and can accommodate any number of assumptions for your forecast projections.
Can I have more than one Forecast active at a time?
Yes! Within the forecast software you can have forecasts active for as many fiscal years as you wish and easily swap between them.
How do I update my budget in the software?
Budgets must be updated in the Master Upload File and imported into the software before they are reflected in software. If you need assistance updating your budget to reflect changes or creating a new forecast for a new base budget year, please contact your Customer Support Manager.
Can Labor Costing projections be incorporated into the software?
While Labor Costing data imports are not natively supported (Yet), we can incorporate those numbers for you in your forecast manually. If you are interested, please contact your Customer Support manager.
